Traceability in Baseline Set Definitions

Does DOORS have a Compare tool to show changes in the traceability between baseline sets? In a module, File | Baseline | Compare... shows the changes in objects between baselines for that module but not any changes in links to other modules within the baseline set definition.

From what I have been able to figure out, baseline sets is another area in DOORS where the analysis tools are lacking. You can view a baseline of a single module, and if you create a baseline set definition, you can follow the links between modules within that baseline version. That part is good. But the only comparison tool DOORS provides is a crude thing that works between versions of the same module, not across multiple, linked modules. And this only compares changes in Object Text (the main column), not any custom attribute.
